Temporary 24 hour delay in adding new storage accounts to Archive

We’re growing and that’s awesome but we’re growing faster than our new disk packs can complete SMART tests and burn in tests!

We crossed a usage threshold on 3/22 that had us order and add an additional 250TB of storage to Archive.
We have the storage in hand and connected now but it is still completing required testing before going live.

What does this mean?
For the next 24 hours we won’t be adding new Archive accounts. Existing customers can still expand there accounts but we need to pause new signups for the day.

What are we doing to prevent this from happening again?
Well we’re adjusting our ordering limits, beyond that it may happen again if we have a signup surge.

UPDATE: The disks have finished their testing cycle and are now online, the delay has been lifted!
