We here at Lima Labs had been patiently waiting on a MUCH needed delivery of drives from our supplier. These were more than 45 days behind schedule and our reserve capacity was starting to run thin. Lots of older 4GB disks that really were ready to be gone were pressed into service while we waited on their shiny new brethren.
Good news, we have a tracking number now for SOME of the drives and they’re expected Friday. This should relieve a lot of the internal pressure and possibly put us in a position to start offering sales again once we’re sure we’ve cleared the last of the farmers.
PS: An observant reader noticed I posted 4GB, I did mean 4TB. I doubt we could even find a 4GB disks today :-).
